One month ago two Dutch educational advisors visited the Bosnian Srednja Ŝkola Metalskih Zanimanja in the town of Sarajevo. In example of a week of training around soft skills in Montenegro both advisors explored the skools need around this topic. Al this within the project VET 4 WB and in request of the school. In colaboration with the Bosian professionals adjustments are being made to custiomize the week of training to fit the school of the Bosnian capitol. All participants are very much looking forward to work and learn together as the trainingweek is scadueld in the first week of june. International knowledge wil be merged and in co-creation new insights will be found to develop education in several European countries in general and in the Western Balkans in particular.
