Kick off meeting in Aarhus, Denmark

The kick-off meeting of our project “VET for Western Balkans” took place in Aarhus, Denmark, on the 28th until the 30th of September 2021.The meeting served to bring all project partners together and officially launch the activities of the project.

During this meeting, the partners have set the project’s milestones and presented its objectives. All the partners were given the opportunity to present their organization’s activities and expertise. The coordinator analysed and set, in accordance with all participating partners, the details regarding project management, time-schedule, promotion, dissemination strategy, communication, evaluation and reporting. Moreover, tandem meetings were taking place between the Balkan partners and their EU-partners, who had prepared the individual agendas for this session. Thus, the items discussed in the groups varied, in total including topics like mobilities of students and teachers, establishment of joint task forces, counselling, career guidance and mentoring in VET, risk analysis and future cooperation after the end of the project period. Finally, partners visited SOSU Østjylland, the Tradium Technical Campus and Tradium City Campus, Randers.
